Once production has begun on made-to-order items, orders cannot be cancelled.

Most Nour Shamlou creations are handcrafted to order. Production times are estimates and may vary.

6. Shipping & Customs

Shipping times are estimates only.
Customers are responsible for import duties and taxes in their destination country.
We are not responsible for customs delays.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, personalized and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned.
Eligible items must be returned unworn and in original condition within the stated return period.
