At Nour Shamlou, each piece is thoughtfully crafted with the utmost care and precision. If you wish to request a return or exchange, the following terms apply.

Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and documentation.

Exclusions
Due to the nature of our creations, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

Custom-made pieces
Personalized or engraved items
Pieces altered or resized upon request
Sale items

 with your order details. Once approved, instructions will be provided for the return shipment.

Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the item received is defective. We recommend using a secure, trackable shipping method, as Nour Shamlou is not responsible for items lost in transit.
